- CGCarol Godfrey2 days ago5.0Dec 31we had a toilet backup in the guest bathroom. Our normal plumber who couldnt come suggested Zoom and we could not be happier. Hunter Jones came out and assessed the situation. He also looked at our other drains and it was determined we had a major blockage in the lines. He gave us two quotes, one less then then the other which we appreciated. He took care of the blockage in the pipes and even cleaned the mess in the guest bathroom after. We were really impressed with his courtesy, professionalism and willingingness to go above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about Hunter Jones and Zoom. Great job.

Hunter contacted me within five minutes of getting off the phone with the other company. We spoke about the issue going on with the drainage in the master bathroom and without a hesitation he was able to schedule an appointment with my tenants and have everything resolved all before noon on the same day he contacted me. My tenant had messaged me saying that he was very efficient and polite and did a great job
