I recently moved my family to Nocatee and needed a pet door installed. Luther was professional and quick about his work, delivering a solution in less than an hour and he showed me the different lock settings on the device. One small nit -- he did show up to the house 20 minutes after the stated appointment time without an acknowledgement of being late. But in the end it wasn't a big deal for me as I was home for the day and I didn't make a big deal about it. They do offer a service where you can track the handyman's arrival time; I didn't use it but it might be useful if you're in a time crunch. But overall I wouldn't hesitate using them again.

We always provide free estimates over the phone, especially if it is work that will take 3 days or less. You can also email us photos or submit photos online for a free estimate. We will come out for a free estimate if it is work that we are capable of and we are not booked too far out. If we are really booked up during our busy season, we charge a nominal fee and then credit it back to you if you book the job.

Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured and our craftsman have completed background checks. Our craftsmen are employees of ours so you and your home are protected.

Depends on the project, we estimate each type of project with the craftsman who has that skill set to your particular project.
