  Unfortunately I find myself having to do this, but after my mother was charged for new copper and thermostat along with other supplies I can’t help but wonder if anyone else takes the time to check. I witnessed the gentlemen load the copper back into the box truck mind you that my mother was quoted with her new system. I thought to myself that it was odd. Then I noticed that the thermostat was also quoted and not changed out. When I came out to discuss this after I realized the old copper lines weren’t changed I overheard the gentleman say to the other helper that’s his and he will drop off at his house since it was already accounted for before going back to the shop. This was an older bigger gentleman saying this to the helper who was also clearly smoking weed and when he did come inside the home it was very obvious by the heavy odor coming from him. I honestly don’t know what he did each time I went out to check he was talking on his phone or standing around looking at it while smoking weed in plain sight. I also learned when talking with other neighbors who have used this company for years like we have that they changed hands and it was sold to another company. You can tell, the appearance of the men that came to my mother’s home was absolutely disgusting and no way professional by any means. A lot of the home town morals this company had are truly gone. It’s a true shame and you should seriously drug test everyone in your Spring Hill office because I believe most wouldn’t pass and it’s sad. Do better and don’t take advantage or steal from older customers

  I have used Craig W. Krueger Air conditioning and heating for the last 2 1/2 years. I even have a maintenance service with them, which is excellent. They come out twice a year to check my system. They’re always neat clean on time and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

  The technicians were excellent. They kept everything clean and were quite efficient. The only drawback was the price. We did get extra air purifiers for allergy assistance, but the price was $2000. Hope it works.
