This is our third time using this company and we plan to continue to do so forever. Jesse was awesome! He called ahead, arrived exactly on time, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C issue. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all of our questions and also to speak with our warranty company. This was after he had already put in a long hard day and came to our house late in the day because our air-conditioning went out and the company squeezed us into their already filled schedule. We, like most consumers, don’t know too much about air conditioners. Other companies tried to take advantage of us, but All American Heating & Cooling has always been honest and upfront. They are simply the best. Management, you are lucky to have an employee like Jesse working for you. Again, we just can’t say enough about this great company. We highly recommend them.
