  Love the product and the install only took a few hours. But the only issue I had was the communication was lacking, the salesman was great told me it would take 5-6 weeks from ordering to install then I got a text message saying 8-10 weeks from purchase so I was kinda of confused but we were in no hurry. But then got a call on 17 November saying it was in and they had a cancellation and got it installed the next day I was told the installer would call with a time but that didn’t happen they just showed up no problem but a little bit better communication would go a long way.

  Our windows were ordered, but are not yet ready or installed so this is a preliminary review based on the quote process only. After interactions with three other window companies in the area, this company was a breath of fresh air. Louie and his trainee were wonderful to work with and made it a personalized process. I appreciated their obvious knowledge, admiration for their company, and professionalism and helpfulness during the measurement and preliminary decision-making process. Louie was very responsive when we decided to go with this company (he was a big part of why we chose them as was his trainee) and provided us a thorough understanding of next steps and what we could expect. I am eager for the next phase which will be confirmation that our windows have been built and an installation date has been set.

  I’d been waiting on new windows for a long time and spent a few months shopping around. I was finally ready to move forward, but the two companies I had bids from were slow to respond. I submitted an inquiry with Window World, and Jonathan called me right away. He showed up the very next day, took measurements, came back, re-quoted everything accurately, and got the deal done. Now I’m waiting on the windows (estimated 4–6 weeks), and I’ll update once the installation is complete. So far, the customer service has been excellent—fast, professional, and on top of everything.

  I just had all of my home windows replaced. Window World did an amazing job. The sales representative who originally came to my house was very knowledgeable and brought in a sample window. He showed me how to open the windows from the top, how to clean them and how to lock them halfway so I could leave windows open. The installers arrived at the exact time they said they would. They were very professional and worked in a positive and kind matter taking good care of my house. They were willing to answer any questions I had throughout their time working. They cleaned up very well and had me do a walk around before they left to sure that I was satisfied. The pricing for everything was very reasonable and I highly recommend them if you are looking to remodel your home!

  My windows came in much sooner than anticipated which was an unexpected delight. Ruben and his crew of another four gentlemen were absolutely wonderful. They cared about my home. They were professional, and they did a beautiful job. It does still have to go through final inspection but, I’m sure it’s going to pass because I was kind of up their butts checking out everything because I’ve had issues in the past with other contractors but, these guys were just really top-notch. What wonderful bunch of gentleman. And all my dogs were not bothered by them one bit going in and out of the house and I have one dog that is very cautious and lets you know when he does not like someone or something. I would definitely recommend Window World as my experience from the start of meeting with Judy to the installation with Rueben and his crew has been a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you.
