  We requested Quigley Inspections to inspect our 45 yr old stilt house at the beach at the insistence of our grown children. He provided a detailed review of all structural and cosmetic aspects of the inside and outside. Using visual, drone, infrared, and moisture meter, I felt the inspection was totally complete and reassuring. The provided suggestions were helpful in my creating a to do list for the new year. And my daughters felt better too.

  My realtor went to the inspection but I was unable to go. I was able to call and discuss the findings that I wanted more info on. He was absolutely patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend.
