Was able to fix our issue quickly once he arrived, even in the rain. Only reason for not 5 stars is the time kept being pushed back on when someone could get out here and the price was a bit on the expensive side, seeing as the part itself was about half of the total price. Best service and company we’ve used for our AC.

Steve was our technician and did a great job for beginning to end! They send you a heads up with tracking information when they’re on their way Which was very helpful. Steve communicated when he arrived, and as soon as he discovered the problem he had a couple resolutions and was able to fix everything immediately. Steve also educated me on ongoing service plans, I am always looking for ways to be proactive with Maintenance and he was able to help educate me on the benefits of those plans and because of his Great work and professionalism, I decided to sign up both of our properties for maintenance plans. Shout out to Steve for setting the tone for Osceola Air and taking care of business! Also shout out to Beth in the office for making sure my service call got placed quickly, she was also a huge help in getting things set up and the quick turnaround time was very much appreciated. Highly recommend Osceola Air to anyone looking for AC maintenance and work!!
