- LMLori MillevoiDec 1, 20253.0Seems like good people, but they did not disclose nor discuss anything with me in advance. Had to pay a service call fee of $300 plus another after hours fee of $175. Wish they would have told me up front. There goes $475 for about a 15 min service.call. I was told they would make a note to make sure they state the after hours fee next time someone calls. Too bad that is after I’m out the $. Oh well, lesson learned.
