- DHdanny harrisonOct 8, 20251.0I stopped by their retail office on Wednesday afternoon and scheduled an estimate at my home for that Friday afternoon. Rosa arrived on time and answered my questions regarding replacement of all 10 windows at my home. On Monday afternoon I received the estimate which had an error to include an extra window totaling 11 windows, not 10. Tuesday morning I emailed Rosa and requested an adjustment to the estimate. As of the following Monday six days later still no reply so I called and left a message. As of today, Wednesday afternoon still no return email and or call.
