Rosa arrived on time and answered my questions regarding replacement of all 10 windows at my home. On Monday afternoon I received the estimate which had an error to include an extra window totaling 11 windows, not 10. Tuesday morning I emailed Rosa and requested an adjustment to the estimate. As of the following Monday six days later still no reply so I called and left a message. As of today, Wednesday afternoon still no return email and or call.
