They make a lot of mistakes and excuses for dragging out work. Suggest looking for other company to use as expect a nightmare experience Makes several mistakes. Some even rookie mistake with attention to detail. They did not note electric is under ground for new construction, forgot door and windows in drawings. Waited 7+ weeks from comments from city with revision mistakes they made with setback. Lots of excuses. You get different answers depending on who you talk to. Owner Derek very unprofessional and not able to meet deadlines. Suggest finding another architect.
