Only cleaned once and lied on service record that it's done twice. Have complained multiple times with no remedy to complainants.

But when it comes time to take care of business you would think that there would be a clean place to go. Not with United. They don't clean for up to a week or more. Horrible! Unless you can hold your breath for 10 minutes. The John where i am hasn't been cleaned since the 6th. It's now the 13th. Wondering if the office is kept the same or they just make the customer endure the stench?
