It leaked, wasn't square, hinges were install inside out and he used hot glue instead of silicone. Despite a few unseen problems, Carlos' crew removed the old unit repaired the damages and did a perfect job installing the new surround. The price as reasonable, time commitments were honored and Carlos knows his stuff. Thank you Florida Shower Door and Mirror.
- ESERICA SMITHDec 23, 20191.0I really want to give people a chance to fix their mistakes, but have lost my patience. The owner is very nice, but not sure they know what they are doing. It first started with taking a day off work to have the wrong shower door installed. It then turned into having them come out 2 weeks later to install correct sized glass. This would have been fine, except they used to dirty shims on our brand new white marble floor. This will require digging out the brand new grout and replacing it. When we finally started to use our shower, we noticed huge amounts of water on the floor. This is due to a large gap in the shower door. It's almost as if the measurements were off. We saved for 2 years to redo our master bathroom and the shower glass has been the worst contractor we've had to deal with. Stay away.
