The measurement and installation crew were exceptional. The issue I had was the contract was set up for the company to receive full payment prior to permit close out. I was assigned a young man who had an attitude with me and refused to close the permit. I had to get another from the office to close the permit because he refused. From that point forward, I have not signed a contract that pays in full prior to permit close out. I won’t have my project held up by one person with an attitude again.
