I had my bedroom floors redone and worked with Michelle, she was very communicative, worked with me to find options within my budget (love this, bc so many sales reps seem to show options above the budget...) They allowed me to paint my baseboards myself to help save some costs and the craftsmanship on the install was superb!! It's been 9 months and my floors still look incredible! I would confidently recommend giving this place a look and would work with them again in a heartbeat!

Our new carpeting is great and the team did a great job moving our furniture and installing the carpet in our Master bedroom, closet and hallway. - DKDavid KlaueJul 8, 20255.0My install process from Flooring Masters has been great from start to finish. Michelle was my point of contact from start to finish and she has been wonderful. She help me and my mom pick an great floor pattern (Parkay Mercury Sky Grey) and also help with suggestions for room painting colors (we went with Agreeable Grey). Through the process she kept contact to ensure our other project work was done and keep our scheduled install on track. Sergio, the project manager, inspected the room to ensure all our needs could be accomplished, such as removing a 1 inch elevation from the living room to kitchen which was a tripping hazard, and leveling of the cement foundation. With his help and the installers, David and crew, the install went smoothly and the floor has no sign of the 1 inch elevation change from the kitchen. The whole install looks beautiful and I will be coming back to them to do my bedroom in the next few months. Attached are photos of the bare cement floor before and the final install with new paint after.
