We had no idea what was causing the clog and slow drainage of the shower until the technician came out and shared that there were calcium/mineral buildup in the drain. The tech removed water buildup and the minerals from the drain. He was prompt, very detailed in what he was doing and gave recommendations after removing the minerals. The shower is working perfectly fine now. Thank you so much for your professionalism in fixing our shower drain.

We had a problem with our shower and tried changing the cartridge on our own. When we could not get the shower back working we called a 24/7 plumbing company who struggled to diagnose the issue. They decided we needed a new valve and quoted us at a 1700 dollar repair that would require cutting into the tile. We scheduled the work but decided to get a second opinion before the appointment. Bay Pro was recommended by a neighbor and he was able to get us in same day to try to diagnose the problem. He was thorough and listened to the issues we were having with the shower before and after we changed the cartridge and really believed it was not a valve issue. He inspected everything and was able to figure out the actual problem and fix it quickly for just the cost of the visit. Highly recommend!

Saw on my community Facebook page that Bay Pro Plumbing had done work for several neighbors, and they were happy with the work. I messaged the owner Thomas, not expecting a response until the following day, but within an hour he replied, and said he could replace it the following day. Not only was Thomas polite and professional, but his work was outstanding and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Bay Pro Plumbing and Thomas.

The attention to details such as installing something and removing it again because it wasn't perfect to his standards is something rarely seen today, and he was cheaper than my other quotes. I would 110% recommended Thomas and Bay Pro Plumbing.
