- DFDee FalesNov 7, 20251.0I was pleased with GenerX! The installation was in 2023 after I had solar panels installed. I am now discovering that GenerX installed an unnecessary piece of equipment under a solar box on the outside of my house. No problem except they didn’t secure the conduit between the boxes. Rain eventually filled their box which in turn caused wires to the solar panels to fry. Poor workmanship! Now Generx doesn’t even come see what is what! They claim no financial responsibility! The piece of their equipment is out of warranty and so is the labor. That is what they are standing by. It would take less than $500 for GenerX to make things right and they refuse! Very sad!
