Duran arrived with a big smile and quickly diagnosed our problem as roots that infiltrated our sewer line, confirmed with in line camera footage. Not a quick fix but Duran’s expertise with state of the art equipment got our system completely scoured clean within a couple of hours, preventing a major backup and possibly structural damage had we waited a few days longer. We highly recommend Duran and Titanz Plumbing with a well earned 5 stars.

Called Titanz first thing this morning and have a beautiful Rheem 40 gallon water heater up and running before 4pm for a very fair price. No holiday or emergency pricing. ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS !!!!
- JKJohn KochDec 20, 20253.0Called Titanz to re-route a gas line so that our cooktop could be lifted to be serviced. kyle, their technician, came out and concluded that the best course of action would be to just enlarge the hole in the cabinet. He cut out/enlarged the cabinet hole so that the unit could be lifted and serviced. Problem solved. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and did a good job. However, I was charged $250 for this service. I may be behind the times but i thought that was a bit much for what was done. What do you think? See picture showing the cutout.
