  Late notice and they still got me the same day!! Joe was a true professional. Honest to the core. He was on time . He was fast. He was thourough. He was precise because the repair worked and i am forvever greatful. Saved on my phone is an understatement. Im sharing!!! Try them out!! Glad i did !!

  Both men who came out were great. The one making the estimate and the one who did the work. Only down side is the cost was so crazy. It killed me. I have 2 toilets that move around still needing done. Then 2 bathroom faucets. But just the toilets are estimated at $1000. Without any extra issue they find and no new toilet included. So I will definitely have to get other estimates and it will be a long time before I can do it.

  Technicians are great and know what they are doing. The owner not so much, be careful not to have an issue with them that is their issue, they will schedule you and then last minute cancel like this am with 2 jobs that were scheduled, 2 year old's do that. I don't understand the logic they did jobs for me after they had an issue and did not cancel. The owner canceled this AM because of a past issue when they installed the wrong components and had to redo the work and eat the equipment they ordered wrong(not my fault). I would guess they have too much business and decided to cancel hoping it would put us in a bind to revenge the loss they had????, it did not put us in a bind, there are tons of qualified business that appreciate repeat business, this company, apparently does not. Frankly if I were them I would have been here to do the work and if there was a cost loss on a past job, I would have gotten part of or all of that back now, obviously by canceling that will never happen now, not real smart. I never have asked what it will cost to do any job they have done, nor have I ever told them they were too high on any of the many things (at least 8) I had them do....by the way they are high, but the techs are worth it but probably don't get paid for what they are worth. With this kind of customer relations I see their busy cycle diminishing soon and very quickly. I know the many people I referred wont be calling them back. Nor will we. Good luck with this company and be careful. It is funny they all of a sudden canceled this when in between their issued call they had done jobs after that with no issues so I guess someone woke up on the wrong side of life this am and just hates themselves, but we will continue enjoying Florida's many attributes and businesses that are not to busy to take care of customers that pay on time and are loyal to those that take care of them.

  Titanz quoting my job with 1 day notice which required a camera inspection to confirm the scope of work. They offered very competitive pricing so we moved forward. The work began the following week and was planned to be a multi-day job. The Titanz team followed through as described and completed the work efficiently, effectively and on schedule. All working crews were friendly, and cleaned up well. Communication throughout the work was fantastic. Kyle and the office group were responsive and helpful. Great experience and highly recommended!!!
