The supervisor Carlos Vargas, Tosca, stayed in touch with me letting me know, explaining in detail, what would be happening each day. He told me when the crews would arrive and what work was going to be done. There were no surprises during this reroof, from the removal of the old shingles, installing third nail to meet current standards, to the installation of the new metal roof. This was a three-day project, and it was a non-stress event. This reroof was completed and met all the requirements for the MY SAFE Florida Hurricane grant program. Having several people walking around on the roof and removing the shingles can be stressful for the homeowner, but this company made it very tolerable. Starting with the demo crew and going all the way to completion, ALL employees were polite, respectful and knew what they were doing. No day labor type people were involved. As they worked, they were constantly cleaning up after themselves. At the end of every day, I could not find any trash or garbage that was left behind. I would highly recommend Tosca Roofing to anyone that is looking to do repairs or a complete reroof replacement. I had several estimates for this job, but having read reviews and seeing some of their completed work is what made my decision to use Tosca to perform the work at my residence.
