  Craig and his crew did an excellent job from quoting the job (concrete slab and patio cover), communicating the process, installation, and cleanup. We are extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend!

  Should be a zero star. Shame on you Art. When a cash paying prospectable client calls for an estimate and requests a call back and you don't, you prove your company is incapable and incompetent in communication. Can't even imagine the quality of work since you can't even pick up a phone and call back. Anybody that is reading this and wants a 5 star rated company with great response time and pricing, contact Tony Shutters, Screens, & Windows. That is who has my business.

  These guys are excellent. They show up on time they are clean and very professional with good attitudes. I have been in construction as an interior designer for 30yrs in Florida and I know how hard it is to find reliable contracotrs. I would highly recommend them. The work they’ve done for me was for my personal residence.

  Update. In response to Craig's response to my review. I wrote that review within the first 6 months after your crew did the install in 2019. The roof started leaking within that time. We never expected a lifetime warranty all we wanted was you to fix it within your 1 year warranty but you NEVER DID ! Having been in the trades my whole life I fully understand cheep calk vs a rubber membrane. You tried to blame the facia on the house but that was brand new at the time. Also we sold that house 2.5 years ago and you just now respond ?????? YOU LIED TO US AND STILL ARE!!!! Spend more time with your crew on the job and less time in the TAVERN..... At first I gave this Co. a 5 star rating and even posted photos to his site that he still uses, since then the screen room they installed is leaking in multiple locations. Craig did return 1 time for 5 min and caulked something but that didn't fix anything. After multiple attempts to contact him with no luck I went up on the roof myself. I found out what he told us was a LIE !!! Craig said the joint between the house facia and the roof panels would be sealed with a rubber membrane. This was not true!!!!! All they did was use cheap caulk on it. No wonder the seam failed. Thanks alot Craig for taking our money and not doing what you told us. Being Senior Citizen's I guess he never expected me to actually go on the roof and inspect this problem. Sadly everytime it rains,even lightly, everything in the porch gets wet from the leaks and poor workmanship done on the roof.
