  We contacted Hill Dock & Door to repair two roll-up doors in our warehouse. Everyone we encountered from the quote to the installation was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was reasonable and beat the competition. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  My company contacted hill enterprises for installation of some remote recievers. They ordered parts, we paid them prior to install and scheduled a date. On installation the technician discovered one of the three doors may have issues being worked but he'd figure it out and get back to us. So three weeks later with no word and only two of three doors wired up I start calling them. After four phone calls and leaving messages with the receptionist the technician calls me to come give it another try. Yet again he's unsuccessful due to it being a different type of box but he'd get with the manufacturer and get back to us. Another month goes by with zero contact from hill wntwrprente. No phone call, text, email.nothing. so I start calling and leave messages for Doug. After a week and half of phone calls I had yet to hear back or get a returned message. So three month and I still don't have the work completed that we already paid them for. After a final attempt at contact and trying to get a status I get told by the receptionist that Doug is once again,busy and can't take my call. So she asks if I'd like to leave a message, yet again. No thank you, cause at this point if you haven't called me back then you clearly don't plan to ever complete the work. But guess what? 20 minutes after hanging up I get a text, someone from hill enterprises telling me they can't wire that opener due to its design so our only option is to replace it. Which is normal $1800 but they will do it for $1000. ....really?!!! No sorry for the delay of three months, sorry for not calling you back. Hey we apologise for the delay and headache this may have caused your company while we do nothing to even try and complete this work. No instead I get the...hey pay us more money and maybe we'll return your call...yea no thank you, I'll take my business elsewhere. Do your self a favor, wether for home or business, avoid this company like the plague unless you feel like throwing your company's money away and being left in the dark with no resolution.

  Our home was hit by a tornado. Damage to our large shop building included loss of the large front and rear doors. We contacted Hill Enterprises based on a referral. Mr. Hill visited our place promptly and provided a recommendation and written estimate immediately. A 16 ft wide garage and 8 ft x 10 ft roll-up door was installed. I appreciate their prompt response, quality installation and feel that we were treated fairly.
