  Thank you so much Joel Higginbotham and your phenomenal team for the outstanding job of replacing my roof December 2025. You were also instrumental in getting the right people involved who knew how to take on homeowner's insurance company who refused to pay for roof and canceled me in the middle of claim. I am extremely grateful and appreciative for your trustworthiness, kindness, caring spirit, and support throughout the year long ordeal. As a senior citizen, I would not be able financially to afford to pay for new roof. As I told you before, I know you and your team were God sent! God Bless you Joel and I wish you much success in the New Year!

  Great customer service and very easy to work with. Had to have my roof replaced recently. They were able to get it replaced in no time and it looks amazing. Highly recommend!

  Joel and his team at Coastal Roofing are honestly some of the most customer-service oriented people I've met. They came out promptly to fix a leak on my roof and did a great job. Everyone I interacted with was solid. Highly recommend them if you need work done.

  I would not hesitate at all to recommend Joel and Coastal Family Roofing for whole roof replacement, repairs, or ongoing roof maintenance. Joel has provided exceptional service from the beginning with a total roof replacement and I am now a loyal customer with ongoing preventative checks.
