Shortly after those jobs were completed, I needed to have my flooring replaced due to some damage that occurred due to the weather. Another local repairman called me directly the day of the damage and offered to jump right in on that project. I decided to go with his offer which proved to be a big mistake. Although he told me he would replace 100% of the tile with plank flooring, he backed out once he started the job. He said pulling the tile in the bathrooms would be too difficult because of the vanities. So….that contractor knocked a very small amount off his quote and did not replace the bathroom flooring. I was left with a huge amount of flooring that was not returnable and tile still in the bathrooms. I decided to call Ace back for a quote on the bathroom flooring. They came out promptly and gave me a reasonable quote. We got the job on their schedule and I was fortunate enough to have Tanner assigned the project. Tanner had handled the vanity installation and painting last fall. He’s proven to be a very professional and knowledgeable young man. It was a pleasure to have him do the work. Next time, I’ll just call Ace first!
