Abby and his team were the right choice for a 1,000 sf addition to our 1989 Siesta Key home. From original design phase to the final punch list items, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Friends much more knowledgeable than us were extremely impressed with the results. Although the project ran longer than expected, in part due to Supply Chain issues, the wait was worth it. Also noteworthy that Coastal Tide completed the work within budget. Finally they came back during the warranty period to fix a couple of minor issues (not noticed by us initially) and even helped us after the warranty period expired with an issue not related to them. I would recommend this organization for your future project!

The quality I appreciated most was their willingness to work around my clinic schedule so that I could stay open and serve patients. I have built several clinics and never had a construction company bend over backwards like coastal - work on weekends, and come in on my off hours, so that it was not a distraction to patients. I have also never had a company finish on time. Coastal set a timeline and stuck to it perfectly. When working with an old building you will always have "little surprises" along the way.
