Samuel from Next Generation was efficient, helpful, polite and friendly. Not only did he service the AC he fixed a power issue with the thermostat and helped me link it to our new internet service. He suggested some upgrades, but was not pushy. I would recommend him again.

Logan responded on a weekend call and quickly diagnosed the issue. It was found that the fan motor power wires were chafing/rubbing against the coolant line. Eventually the power line arced & sparked to the coolant line - punching a hole into the refrigerant line and expelling all the refrigerant. Logan was able to repair the pipe with a torch/ solder and refill the unit. Excellent work.

Tony did an excellent job, communicated the problem and recommended preventative maintenance instead of waiting for the unit to break down. All the techs and staff at Next Generation Air is a pleasure to work with. The price for the part and installation was a little much but that is why you pay more for quality.

New Generation heating and Air in palmbay FL Tech come by diagnostic bad board for 2000 dollars after recommended me replace whole system for 12000 which I declined, have some hvac background feels like upsale to me, have another company come by diagnostic found broken wire fix it within 30 mins under $200 and it running like before. Not sure the New generation tech made a mistake diagnostic or try to upsale, either way definitely not recommended .got recipes prove it.like I said I have some hvac background, they are 24 v go into control board and 24 v go out to contractor, if u don’t have 24 v going in which in this case u will trace back to low voltage wire from the house, any hvac tech can verify that is fact.
