- RKRyan KowalskiMar 27, 20241.0If I could give zero, I would. These people have absolutely ZERO communication or organization skills. They’ve had our pump since god knows when and take forever to return phone calls with the same answer. I dropped our pump off and 4 months later, no calls, no returned calls, no answers, I showed up and they had no idea whose it was despite equipment numbers and our logo on it. When I got there they guys were cordial, but still clueless. Fast forward two or three more months I finally got a call back stating they were waiting on answers to find parts needed. The part it needs is obsolete. Three more weeks brings us to today with yet again **surprise surprise** no calls answered or returned.
