- AYA YOct 28, 20251.0I almost got hit this morning by someone driving a Mister sparky truck because he swerved into the turning lane where I was to pass the person in front of them to run the red light that we were all supposed to be stopping at Lancaster & OBT around 6:50 - 7 am. I would suggest doing your due diligence to find out who is driving with such disregard for safety and the life of those around them with your company name plastered all over. Absolutely appalling.

Jonathan Souza Is accomplished and has excellent electrical judgement. He is very friendly and always ensures that his work is done per the National Electric Code and done to the satisfaction of the homeowner. He has corrected mistakes done by other contractors to completion. This is the second time I have requested Johnathan to work electrical jobs at my house and I will continue to request him for future work.

- MEMarshall EllisOct 1, 20251.0Mr. Sparky is Mr. Shady. A typical, a bait and switch. I was told I need a premium re-device for my home. No products they use can be purchased off the shelf, like those at Home Depot. They literally went to Home Depot to get more outlets. Lie number 2 was that the outlets would be pig-tailed; the apprentice working didn't know what a pigtail was, and attaching wire directly was the same thing. So, my $ 13,000 quote was for Apprentices to work - cheap labor at an expensive price. Another shady thing was that my A/C stopped working after they left. The manager said he would call a tech for free, but still charged me a $89 trip fee. Its interesting an electrical company also has One Hour Air. They must have been trying to get even more money out of me. I expressed my concerns to the salesperson, who said he couldn't help me. The boss spoke with me and said they take pride in what they do. Obviously, based on prices. He also said he would call and follow up. Never did. Buyer beware. Bait and switch. Pun intended.
