    Our service call for our fire alarms was answered quickly and Max went above and beyond to make sure our house was in working order and safe for our family. He was very professional and the work exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend to others!

    I am the new homeowner of a 20 year old house which needed an electrical checkup. Noah was great to work with! I shared my concerns and potential project and he listened. His review of the property revealed additional items to be corrected and updated. He showed me the areas and explained the service. We developed a "to do" list which he promptly started worked on and explained as he went. Noah arrived on time his work was neat and he cleaned up as he went. Noah is professional and very polite and I will rely on Mr. Sparky in the future.

    The installation went fine, later I found out I was over charged for the work. What’s worse is they installed 10 yr warranted non-replaceable battery smoke detectors, yet they will NOT honor the 10 year warranty. Two of mine are already bad after 4 years. What a sham. Do not trust this company, they do not seem to care about the warranty of their equipment. If they’re not covering the small things, imagine what’s happening with the larger priced items?

    Max went above and beyond to make sure the work was done correctly and met my expectations. He worked quickly, was courteous, and offered meaningful suggestions for other areas of improvement in my house. Would definitely recommend to others.
