  100 percent satisfied with product and installation they showed up when they said they would and stayed late to get the job done. Cleaned up after themselves did a great job just preparing for the job covering furniture and isolating windows and doors with plastic it was impressive. Workers were courteous and Most of all Trustworthy. I had to leave the house a few times they kept working 💪

  La peor empresa que podrías elegir. La comunicación con Sebastián Sánchez, el "jefe de obra" a cargo del proyecto, fue pésima; no contesta ni llamadas ni mensajes. Los instaladores querían terminar el trabajo en un solo día, pero el resultado fue un trabajo chapucero. Los acabados fueron horribles y estaban sucios, instalaron la puerta corredera al revés y dañaron el techo con cemento. La instalación fue en agosto y todavía me deben dos screen y es noviembre. En resumen, el servicio fue pésimo y de muy mala calidad.

  The worst company you could choose. Communication with Sebastian Sanchez, the "field manager" in charge of the project, was terrible; he doesn't answer calls or texts. The installers wanted to finish the job in a single day, but what they did was a shoddy job. The finishes were horrendous and dirty, they installed the rolling door backward, and they damaged the ceiling with cement. The installation was in August, and they still owe me two screens in November. In short, the service was awful and of very poor quality.

  Francisco and his crew were a great team to replace our existing front door and 6 windows with hurricane grade windows and a hurricane grade front door. They protected the floors and used plastic to minimize the dirt and dust. They did a good job of cleaning up when they were finished and they answered many questions as they worked. Francisco kept us updated throughout the 2 day job. And he was pleasant and efficient when handling a couple of unexpected situations. A big thank you to Francisco and his team. We've purchased product from FHIA on three occasions and have been happy with the work each time. Since we've worked with FHIA more than once, we didn't compare quotes from different companies. FHIA may not be the cheapest quote you'll get, but we were happy that we selected them each time.

  This company is a joke and a completely dysfunctional nightmare. I was misquoted on the financing which they refused to fix. They eventually cut me a check after I called them for 8 months about it then never called me about the interest rate. I ended up taking out a loan from another company so I didn't have to deal with their scam finance company anymore. They sent out an unlicensed crew in an unmarked van to do the install which took all day. They brought no protection equipment or tarps so my whole house was covered in concrete dust. They dropped tools on my hardwood floors then left caulk on my kitchen counters when they left. Windows are defective and we're installed in the wrong rooms. I've had them back out at least 6 times, missing work and pay. Constant no call - no shows , unreturned phone calls and emails. Ive called everyone from the local manager to the President of the equity firm that owns them. They'll tell you anything to get you off of the phone then never call you back. I have three windows with broken latches right now (this is a repeat issue where they break just from closing them) and Jose won't return my calls after the technician didn't show up Monday. This company is so bad that it's like they're doing it on purpose. Go with anyone else. Update : They never called or reached out to me. I had to call another 4 times and there's a guy at my house now that randomly showed up on a Thursday. Thanks guys!
