They claimed to have blown out lines several times, when in fact a technician has assessed the work was not correctly completed. While a technician states poor quality work the office blames home owner for using the system. The office does not any accept responsibility. Disappointing.

It wouldn’t have a 10 year warranty. I had to come out and check it. I don’t know what was done to it but lo and behold a week later the system broke I called for service. No one ever got back to me then I get a phone call on that Monday, telling me they don’t service the Oviedo area anymore. Isn’t that funny since they were just out two weeks before that now they don’t service the area now I have an AC unit that doesn’t run and now it fell out of warranty. Seems very odd as anyone else had to do a lawsuit against them

Von is intelligent, polite, easy to talk to, explains everything so well - clearly knows his stuff (confident - not cocky) - one of the best AC technicians I have ever met. Von is definitely an asset to this company because he is thorough in his work and you can tell from talking to him that he truly cares about his customers. We will continue to stay with this company because of Von’s knowledge and his willingness to ensure a job is done thoroughly. **Thank you Von!!!!!**

I ultimately chose AC Waters as they were the only quote I received that offered a whole & complete solution (fixing the A/C required some millwork as well). My only recommendation for improvement would be weekend install appointments, but other then that - excellent & very pleased.
