He informed us that a repair would cost us more in the long run and they wouldn't be able to do a full install, however he took the time to explain in detail to my mother everything that needed done and why a full replacementwas needed rather than just taking the repair and pushing the same problem along. He was extremely patient and kind to her while making sure she understood everything he was explaining. Gave us multiple options on alternatives and detailed information about what prices should look like. There's a reason Branch has been around for as long as it has, and it looks like their amazing technicians are one of the biggest. We will definitely be calling them back for any repairs or maintenance we need in the future.
