The whole process went flawlessly, from the quote by Dominick to the 2 day installation and finally the walk through by Tom Wilson, everyone was punctual, competent, professional and courteous. The final orientation by Tom was particularly helpful. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and you can tell that he takes great pride in what he does and the service GenerX is providing. He made sure everything was done well and all questions were answered. We have been very satisfied and I hope and expect that things should go well when we inevitably lose power at some point and we need to use the generator.

I have had my generator for over 2 months and to date I still have had no orientation in how or if it works. My manuals were also completely wet and I am unable to read them. I have had 2 appointments scheduled for orientation and canceled at the last minute or over 30 minutes late. I have called customer service and been told that someone would give me a call back and when someone was in the area, they would stop by. That doesn’t work for me as a busy professional. Do you not use this company If I could return the generator, I would!

Every representative from this office from the sales person, Stan, to the office staff and especially the installion crew, Brandon, Abraham, Horatio and Davion were professional, knowledgeable, responsive, had good communication and a strong commitment to excellence. The installation crew worked without any breaks to complete the installation of our new generator, connect it to wifi and assure it was working perfectly. The installation crew were very friendly and respectful of our home and property, cleaning up everything before they left. As long term Generac generator users we are confident in the quality of the product and now would not hesitate to recommend the GenerX Oldsmar office to anyone.
