  This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with an HVAC company! Josh and his team were extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and fixing our humidity and moisture issues, and they took the time to explain everything in detail so I could understand why we were having problems. I can’t recommend them highly enough for all your HVAC needs!

  Cannot say enough good things about the service provided by Alex & Red on 9/11/25. My family woke up to a broken air condition- and they were at my home by 10am on the same day. Provided amazing customer service and professionalism from the minute they arrived. They kindly walked me through various options on what could be the problem, thoroughly explained next steps, provided pricing and immediately changed the part.   My name is Mario, I recently had Koala Cooling come out to repair my central AC unit, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the first phone call, a Sunday to the final installation the entire team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. They keep you updated with emails and texts on every steps they are taking in the whole process. They even have to pull a permit from the City of Hallandale, they got it in 24 hours.   I wanted to share my experiences with koala Coolin. I certainly give them five stars and I would give them 10 stars if I could. I first contacted them to have maintenance done on my air conditioning unit to prepare it for the summer. They came out and were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectable. I Scheduled an appointment for Koala Coolin to Perform the summer maintenance Needed for my air conditioner that is almost 10 years old. I noticed recently that my air was not blowing cool and it was struggling to cool my house off. I had such a good experience with Koala Coolin That I immediately knew To contact them Regarding my new AC issue They were out to fix my AC within a day and a half. They had to replace both coils and essentially the whole air conditioning system. I wasn’t too sure there were honest companies out there anymore that weren’t in it for just a profit And would go as far as to sell you equipment you don’t need. I can assure you When you call Koala Coolin You’re dealing with a company who is honest, Dependable, professional And experienced to take care of your air conditioning needs. Truthfully, someone in my neighborhood works for them. I figured I would give them a call and boy did I stumble onto a great company for all my air conditioning needs. Give them a call. They also have outstanding customer service It’s a win-win all the way around with Koala Coolin.
