    This company installed impact doors & windows for the previous owner of my home. I contacted them regarding an issue with the installation (a 1" gap between the door and wall). They responded that there would be a $175 service charge. I asked why. They responded that I should find another vendor.... Horrible customer service. RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENTS: I never said I was your customer..I clearly stated that I purchased the home where you had installed the windows and doors. As to why I did not contact you sooner, as I explained in my email that I did not know there was a warranty on these products until my neighbor (whom you also installed for at the same time) saw the huge gap between the sliding glass door and the window frame and advised me to contact you as there was a warranty. I have to say im obviously not alone in my opinion reading through other customer reviews...you actually said to someone "We are happy to be rid of you as a customer". In another response you told the homeowner that compkained her windows were leaking, our windows are water resistant, not waterproof and some leakage is to be expected and normal" are you serious? You think its normal for newly installed windows to leak! That pretty much sums up your company...buyers avoid at all costs.

    Nico the salesperson is very professional noses products...... And can be flexible if needs to be . Miscommunication with appointments and showroom can be an issue if your time is valuable. Overall, a very good company. On the expensive side but they do a clean up marvelous complete job. Basically , you get what you pay for with this company.

    We had 4 sets of sliders replaced with hurricane proof windows. The installers did a terrific job. They cleaned up every night and even washed the windows. Everyone was so nice and professional. I referred my neighbors and they purchased their new windows and doors also. Thru were also very satisfied

    I cannot say enough about the entire experience with this company. From obtaining the estimate to the finished product, they were the utmost professional. Easy to deal with, And I absolutely would highly recommend their services. Today I finished my installation of five patio doors, and a front door. Everything exceeded my expectations, including. SYDNEI, JUAN,AND IVAN WHO MANAGED AND DID THE INSTALLATION ON SITE. THEY WERE VERY KIND, EFFICIENT, AND VERY FAST
