Now I have a hole where there was not one before he came to my house. I asked for multiple options so I could evaluate cost. He gave me one, the most expensive option. I later asked for variations and he came back with the same offer, and didn't answer any of my requests. Waste of time and energy. I wanted to use a local company, but appears I should have gone to Lowes in the first place.
