- DWDawn Wright1 day ago5.0Tri County, Bremen, and install team of Joe, Wyatte, and Alberto did an amazing job. We had a few hiccups but Bremen was quick to address them and make them right. We recently have gotten swindled by another company (on a different project) so we were leery of any company. Bremen did an awesome job addressing our fears and went above and beyond to make us feel comfort. The install team (mentioned above) did not leave until the job was done and left the space CLEAN. Very impressive. Would highly recommend. Will continue to use them for maintenance for many years to come.

When we got that fixed he came back to check everything out and make sure it was working properly. Also performed annual maintenance. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all our questions. Great service and highly recommended!

Today, Reuben performed the annual maintenance on the unit, and fortunately all was good. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough, answering any questions I had. Thank you Reuben. Also, I recommend Tri County should you need any HVAC service.

I can tell the guy was working on commission and was trying to get as much as he could out of me. Plus the guy lied and said the motor was seized and I needed a new one when all he had to do was wait a few more minutes and it would have reset.

Absolutely fantastic service repair - explained things in detail, set up our smart thermostat and took his time to help us with our system.
