- LLLLinFLNov 14, 20255.0TriCounty’s Curt Richard spent a good deal of time carefully inspecting not only my A/C unit but the homes electrical system: thank goodness he did; he uncovered a very serious electrical problem that is a fire hazard if we use our heat! We now know that step one to solving the situation is not with an A/C company but an electrician. TriCounty would not even have installed the unit under the current conditions and will definitely be the company we go to from here on out once the electrician gets the underlying problem solved!

Francisco reminded me why last Saturday when I had an emergency issue with my air handler. Francisco was fantastic. He knew what my issue was immediately and explained to me what was going on before he set about correcting said issue. Very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but then all of Tri County’s techs are, he had me up and running in no time. What’s even better was that he showed me how I could save money on the repair by getting the maintenance membership plan. The benefits of the plan, besides the immediate savings, are outstanding. Had I had the maintenance plan in place I would not have had to pay for weekend service, just the normal rate as if he had come out on a Monday. But then, if I had had the maintenance plan I never would have had the emergency in the first place because my unit would have been serviced regularly thus avoiding an unexpected crisis. I would highly recommend the membership. There is no downside to it. Thank you again, Francisco. You are a lifesaver. And thank you, Tri County. I can’t speak more highly of your company.
