After noticing our hot water tank running constantly, my wife found a wet, warm spot on the hallway floor with a small crack. We quickly realized we had a broken hot water copper pipe beneath our home's slab. I immediately shut down the hot water tank. After a disappointing interaction with our homeowners insurance, we were left to manage this significant repair ourselves. We began calling local plumbing companies for quotes, and after careful review, we chose Major League Plumbing and Home Services. The moment we met with Cody, all of our worries vanished. Cody is not only an extremely knowledgeable and true professional, but he also provided several repair options. The most logical and cost-effective solution, given the age of our home, was a complete re-piping of the whole house and garage. We scheduled the project for the following Monday. The work took three days and was executed flawlessly by two highly skilled plumbers, Cody and Dan. Top-Tier Professionalism and Respect The level of professionalism displayed by the Major League team was outstanding: Communication: We received a courtesy text each day notifying us that Cody and Dan were en route. Property Protection: They meticulously protected our home's flooring and respected our property throughout the entire process. Cleanup and Updates: They cleaned up their work area thoroughly each day, and Cody provided a clear progress report daily. This level of care and attention to detail truly put my wife and me at ease during a stressful time. When the project was complete, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of work and the hard work Cody and Dan performed. First, the VERY courteous help with an appointment by Lindy (I hope that's spelled correctly). She's simply amazing! Very helpful and polite. I had a cracked coupling from my water meter and was misinformed by Charlotte County Utilities about needing a licensed plumber to repair it. When I talked to the right person at CCU , I found out that anyone can do repairs, but it does have to be a licensed plumber or CCU that turns the water back on to avoiding a tampering fee. My brother and I replaced the coupling and I cancelled my appointment. I will definitely reach out again for issues outside of my abilities!
