If I did not swerve into the rocky bumpy median he would have ran right into me causing a multi vehicle accident. The car behind me also had to go into the grass. WAKE UP!! Leaving 3 stars because this is not in spite of Raymond Building Supply it’s not this business fault it’s the employees fault. PLEASE address this!!!!

They used to be better when they were certain employees but these days we sell a ton of material and this is our least favorite supplier. They will not get back to you no matter how many times you reach out. It will mess up your orders or send you a ticket for a different order than you requested. Almost every experience is absolutely horrible and all of my other contractor friends have the same experience.

- ENEric NowaczynskiSep 24, 20251.0Not a great a experience here. In fact one of the worst places to do business with in almost 20 years of being a contractor. They have no clue how to do a take offs. Forklift driver makes a mess and destroys my merchandise. No credit for their wrong doing. Then make a return and find out they only want to give me a credit instead of a return to my card. So many other issues, window order was not correct and they teied yo say... ohh this meets your energy calcs. No it did not almost lost 30k becuase of that. You have to check over everything they do. Even called their manager and president to discuss and none of the upper management will call you back. Needless to say that is exactly why its ran so terrible there. I wouldn't care if 84 lumber is more expensive, I will go to other places before I ever shop there again.
