The tech never showed. I get texts during the 4 hour window that the tech is running late, or is on the way. Finally, I get a text that I need to call back to confirm if I still want the tech to come to my house. I call them and ask, is the tech on the way? I was told to confirm whether I still wanted the tech to come. Also, they could send a tech to be at my house in 20 minutes. In short, he was never running late. He was never scheduled. Also, and the truth reveals, that he was never on the way either. Unprofessional behavior by a company. Don’t lie to customers. Cannot recommend this company.
