In all of his visits, he has been extremely professional and friendly. He communicated with us ahead of time to make sure that we knew his arrival time, was thorough and efficient in the job and left the job site clean.

ProTech went above and beyond to help us with a new hot water heater and install same day. This is a family owned local company that cares about its customers. The techs, Kyle and Jamie were both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. 10/10 experience, I will be recommending to family and friends.
- DMDarren MooreDec 23, 20255.0Jamie is the best plumber I have ever met. Is was intelligent working on a Kohler smart toilet and found the problem quickly. But, he did not stop there. He made sure to inspect the remaining parts of the unit and found several other problems and even potential future problems and contacted Kohler and made sure it was all taken care of under warranty. He even helped me fix my dishwasher problem which to him 30 seconds but had been a problem for me for months. This young mad is top notch in every way and also an extremely pleasant person as well. I I hadn’t just sold my business I would be trying to hire him. I regret only not being able to give him 7 stars.
