- RGRicky GovinNov 10, 20252.0They came by in the morning for a consultation. They were very professional and found the source of the issue pretty quick, however the cost was inflated greatly because they brought 2 people for a one person job. They brought along one guy who mostly just sat there and then charged 125 dollars EXTRA just for his presence. They are definitely good at what they do, but this consultation fee is unreasonable.
- IDIan DucoffNov 2, 20251.0Had them out on a Saturday because the downstairs toilet would not drain some kind of blockage they came out snaked it were able to open it up and told me that it’s not permanently fixed at an outrageous price of $1600 over $350 an hour more than my doctor charges me this company is a total rip off Spoke to Eric today he is supposedly the owner, he came out with another gentleman to fix the drain last Saturday. I tried to explain to him why I felt I was grossly overcharged. But he barely let me speak. All he did was rant and rave that he worked hard and spent time. I didn’t doubt that one bit but within 24 hours later the drain was still blocked up. He didn’t repair anything all he did was attempt to clear the drain and he overcharged us $1600. Had to stay in a hotel Sunday night because the drain wasn’t working for the toilets. Monday I had another plumbing company came out. It took them 20 minutes to find the clean out. First Class Plumbing couldn’t find it in three hours. The second plumbing company ran a camera down the drain underground. Then they ran a snake with a blade on it and cleared up a lot of the growth in the sewer pipe and gave me a full video of its condition, which was not so bad. They also offered a treatment that would coat the pipe with epoxy and guarantee it 10 to 20 more years. This First Class Plumbing guy told me he’ll be back in a month because it’s gonna block up again. That company has no idea what they’re doing and they overcharge everybody. I’ve spoken to other unsatisfied customers now that I realized I’ve been ripped off by them. If I only would’ve read reviews prior to calling them, I would’ve never called them.
