I had to do the transaction remotely as I was wrapped up prepping the old, out-of-state property for sale. Marissa was on top of everything - proposal, permit, scheduling, all the while being an absolute joy to work with. The install crew had to make some on-the-site revisions and adjustments that were handled without a hitch. Top-shelf from start to finish!
