I ended up with a new AC unit which they put in and I haven't had any problems with it. Just recently, I had a technician, Blake, come to my home to perform biannual maintenance. He took his time to ensure that my system was running at its peak. I mentioned that after the install, it seemed I was having a bit of a problem with the end of the house away from the unit getting enough air. He went into my attic and straightened a few things out. It did help, actually, even though I wasn't convinced it would. Lunsford technicians and the office staff have always been easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and relatable. I will continue using Lunsford for my AC and continue using their maintenance plan as long as I'm around.

He didn't try to over sale me on anything, listened to my needs, and gave me a variety of options that were well within my budget. He also offered a product (Aeroseal) that saved thousands in duct replacement. Mike and the crew of installers were also top-notch professionals. They were all very knowledgeable and did a great job of installing the new system and aeroseal product. I am very happy with the new Carrier system, and look forward to the many years of comfort it will provide. Lunsford Air Conditioning & Heating will definitely be my go to company for any future HVAC needs, and I can't recommend them enough...
