He kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the windows and the service provided. They took care of everything, measurements, permit, inspection. They came, did a flawless installation (5 men 2 days) cleaned everything up after the end of the job. I was flabbergasted on how easy the entire project went through. Great company, great installers (Rolando) a master at his skills with his wonderful crew. If you think on changing your windows and doors for impact, don't look anywhere else - this is the company you want to hire.

He came to our home offering a service that turned out to be completely different from what was promised. He also mentioned a supposed promotion with gift cards for referrals, which he never honored. We trusted him and referred two families —one had their windows done and the other their front door— and despite our kindness and willingness to help, he failed to follow through on everything he said. It’s very disappointing to open the doors of your home to someone you believe to be decent, only to realize they lack honesty and professionalism. I would not recommend this company or this representative.
