The woman that came out to figure out which direction the windows are opening from was confusing. We were telling her which side we wanted the windows to open standing inside the house and she's telling us not to confuse her. She told me not to say it that way because I am confusing her. She decided to figure out which direction the windows will open as if she was standing outside of the house but she was inside my house. So now I have 3 windows that open in the wrong direction. One window I can deal with but the other 2 are behind my dressers. The manager is telling me that it'll cost them too much money to replace my windows and I should move my dressers!
The guys that installed my windows used screws that will rust according to the inspector and my windows failed inspection. This all happened in August and now it's December and the job is not complete. They finally replaced the screws but one of my window won't lock after the screw was replaced. I called the office countless times to speak to the owner and I am still waiting. I went with this company because of the reviews and honestly I am beyond disappointed.

Don't Be Fooled by the High Ratings - They Make You Review on Day One
I now understand why this company has such great reviews—customers are pressured to leave positive feedback immediately after signing, long before any actual work happens. It's a clever strategy that masks what really awaits: endless delays, amateur workmanship, and a complete breakdown in accountability.
The staff may be courteous, but courtesy can't compensate for windows installed at angles or half a year of waiting. This company lacks basic organizational skills, obtaining reliable project updates is futile, and the work quality varies wildly depending on which installation team arrives. After raising legitimate concerns repeatedly, I got the same scripted response: "I'll have management look into this and get back to you." Six months later? Still waiting for that call. Still waiting for solutions. Writing this review became necessary after every other avenue failed.
What We Actually Experienced After That Day-One Review:
* Delivery Timeline Was Fiction
* QUOTED: Windows in 6-8 weeks
* ACTUAL: Almost 6 MONTHS until delivery
* Never contacted us about delays—we had to chase them
* New excuse with each phone call
* Communication Disaster
* False information every time we asked for updates
* Management "escalations" that went nowhere
* Uninformed or dishonest staff—hard to tell which
* Can't even track their own work orders properly
* Installation Work Below Amateur Standards
* Bucking not replaced until homeowner intervened
* Crooked window installations—some off by a FULL INCH
* Customer becomes unpaid quality inspector
* "Professionals" lacking fundamental carpentry knowledge
* Messy caulk lines with obvious gaps
* Wall and trim damage just left as-is
* Construction debris abandoned on property
* Final inspection by supervisor was purely for show
* Their Version of "Paint Ready" Is Laughable
* Check the photos—this is their "finished" prep work
* Jagged, unfinished edges throughout
* Bare wood exposed without primer coat
* Unfilled gaps around frames
* Prep work so bad painters would refuse the job
* Had to bring in real contractors to fix everything
* Financing Through Service Finance LLC - Another Nightmare
* Interest rates NOT what sales team promised
* Actual loan terms differed from what was discussed
* Account access problems from day one
* Rude customer service blaming us for their system failures
* Basic account management made unnecessarily difficult
* Another layer of frustration on an already disastrous project
* The Real Cost
* Initial contract: Over $60,000
* Fixing their mistakes: Several thousand additional
* Lost time: Half a year of frustration
* Zero effort to make it right, no compensation offered, no process improvements for future customers
Look at the photos to see their idea of "paint ready" work. After paying over $60,000, we had to hire competent contractors to actually finish the job properly—adding thousands more to an already massive expense.
The Truth: Those positive reviews were all coerced before the work started. What you actually get is half a year of delays, workmanship that wouldn't pass as DIY, and an organization built to deflect responsibility. Even their financing partner, Service Finance LLC, adds to the misery with misleading terms and hostile customer service.
Do yourself a favor—choose a company that's confident enough to be reviewed after the job is done.

WARNING: They Force 5-Star Reviews BEFORE Work Begins - Here's What Actually Happens
This company's impressive ratings are built on a deceptive foundation. They require customers to write a positive review on day one—before windows are even ordered—as a condition to start your project. This calculated manipulation ensures glowing reviews before customers experience the months of delays, incompetent installation, and complete lack of accountability that follow.
While everyone remained polite throughout our ordeal, politeness doesn't fix crooked windows or six-month delays. The company is fundamentally disorganized, getting accurate information about your project is nearly impossible, and installation quality is entirely dependent on which crew shows up. Despite numerous attempts to address serious issues directly with them, every conversation ended with the same hollow promise: "I will escalate this to my managers so they can address this problem." Not once in six months did any manager follow up. Not once was any issue resolved. This review is my last resort after exhausting every reasonable attempt to work with them.
Our Experience - The Reality Behind the Reviews:
* Timeline Completely Misrepresented
* PROMISED: 6-8 weeks for delivery and installation
* DELIVERED: Nearly 6 MONTHS of excuses and delays
* Zero proactive communication about delays
* Different excuse every time we called
* Communication Breakdown
* Blatant misinformation with every update request
* Countless "escalations to management" that disappeared into the void
* Staff either uninformed or deliberately misleading
* Complete inability to track their own projects
* Substandard Installation Quality
* Installers FAILED to replace bucking—had to be caught and corrected by homeowner
* Multiple windows installed CROOKED—up to ONE FULL INCH off level
* Homeowner forced to serve as quality control inspector
* Basic carpentry skills apparently optional for their "professionals"
* Sloppy caulking work with visible gaps and uneven lines
* Damaged surrounding drywall and trim with no attempt at repair
* Debris left behind after "completion"
* Supervisor quality check before declaring job "complete" was theater at best.
* Unfinished "Paint Ready" Work
* See photos—this is what they call "paint ready"
* Rough, unfinished edges everywhere
* Exposed raw wood with no primer
* Gaps between frame and wall left unfilled
* Surface preparation that would make any painter walk off the job
* Required COMPLETE rework by competent contractors
* Financial Impact
* Original project: $60,000+
* Additional contractors to fix their mess: Thousands more out-of-pocket
* Time lost: 6 months of delays and scheduling nightmares
* No accountability, no discount, no action to make things right or even effectively communicate this to their teams for the next client.
The attached photos show the disgraceful condition they left our home in—what they shamelessly called "paint ready." We had to hire actual professionals to properly finish the work, adding thousands to an already outrageous $60,000+ bill.
Bottom Line: Those glowing reviews? All written under pressure before customers knew what they were in for. The reality is months of delays, installation work that would embarrass a handyman, and a company structure designed to avoid accountability at every level.
Save yourself the nightmare. Find a company that earns their reviews AFTER completing the work.
