The saleswoman, or whatever she is, scolded me like a little child for making the mistake of entering the store through the back door because I had called repeatedly and no one came out to help me. She kept nagging me the whole time. I've been a customer for six years and I've never had service like this before. I will definitely not buy from that location again.

I had actually called the store in Dania Beach and the lady who answer the phone told me the floor was discontinued and I could not get it anywhere and I had to find something similar, which as a former Lumber Liquidators contractor (in MD) I know it was not possible that any store in the country would not have two boxes. The floor is not even 2 years old. So I called the Miami Gardens store and they helped me out.
