Always professional and not condescending. My new Trane system has reduced my electric bill and reduced the humidity in our house, allowing us to keep the thermostat at a higher temperature. Its very efficient. Every employee from Eddie the estimator, to the installation crew, to Ryan the service technician, has been very presentable, clean and professional. We highly recommend Merritt Island Air and Heat. Thank you
- SWSheeva WarrAug 20, 20251.0AWFUL COMPANY TO WORK WITH & THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU WITHOUT TELLING YOU. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have a newborn baby & we found mold in our home from an ac leak so we had multiple companies come out & give estimates for free. We called to make an appointment & they said they will send a technician out in a voicemail & then when I called back to confirm, she got my info & we hung up. Never once was it said that they have a fee for this. The service man who smelled like a pack of cigarettes showed up to our home & looked at the units for maybe 4 minutes then said we owed $125 which was never told to us so we told him we were not paying. The next day I got a nasty call saying we owe $105 for the service call!!!!!!!! They never stated on the phone that they were going to charge us anything & the technician did nothing. This company scams & takes advantage of vulnerable people. DO YOURSELF THE BIGGEST FAVOR & CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

They arrived on time or a little early for the in-home quote and install, answered all of my questions, and were careful around my home when performing the installation. Very good value for a great quality system. Highly recommend!
