  Had a small roof repair I needed fixed. I contacted WS roofing. Bill told me they don't usually do small repairs but if he could find the time, he would look at my roof and fit me in the schedule at their convenience. Since I was unsure if he would do the job, I contacted other repair companies that guaranteed me they would do the repair in and expeditious manner. I contacted Bill and he was upset that I did not hire W.S. roofing. He never committed to inspecting my roof. I was told they would get to me in when they could. I can't wait around for people who can't commit and who may or may not show. The company I did hire came out immediately. Next time he should schedule client's appointments, instead of leaving them guessing whether or not the repair will be evaluated tomorrow, 6 months or ever. RESPONSE TO Bill. You never told me you would be out in a couple days. You did not commit to anything. When you screw up, blame the customer. Saying I did not have the common courtesy to call you is a lie. I spoke with you on the phone and told you. You are arrogant and a liar. Any company that tells me that they are showing me a courtesy to accommodate me is arrogant. Guess what, another company did not feel it was a courtesy. They responded immediately and told me it was a privilege to serve me. To them I was more than just so low paying peasant SERVICE STOP. It's all about $$ !

  Dealing with the owner Mr. Sumner on replacing our leaking roof was a pleasure. He thoughtfully explained what would be done, the materials to be used, and even gave help in securing an insurance settlement - before we had signed with him. His crew came on time, did the work quickly and professionally in the time stated, and left the site absolutely spotless each day. Plant beds surrounding our entire home were covered with tarps to catch debris, and a magnet cleared any metal items. They also took time to solve pesky problems they inherited; protecting security cameras, and sealing a super gutter where it penetrated our lanai in order to stop leaves and pests from entering. I'm very pleased with the final product and thought it was done at a fair price. I would recommend them without reservation.

  We recently had our roof replaced by Winter Springs Roofing. I was impressed when Bill, the owner and an actual roofer, came out for the estimate. Other roofing companies just sent an "estimator." Bill was professional and took time to explain everything in great detail. During the roofing job itself, the workers arrived on time every day. They arrived in clean company trucks, they were all pleasant, neat, and professional. Each day they cleaned up the job site of debris. The roof was completed on time and to our satisfaction.

  WOW! What a great experience. As a business owner myself, the one thing I cannot stand is a lack of professionalism for a craft. In fact, the job I was having done was a fixing of another roofer that botched the job. I pay well and expect well, but Bill and his crew followed the Disney model of "Exceed expectations" and they did that in big way! I had a tough job for them totally removing a Large Rock Exterior Chimney that had been there for 40 years and was hard as a rock. It was going to have to be totally rebuilt and go with the current exterior. We scheduled it two weeks out to give my wife time to relocate her plants. He arrived on the exact day and exact time, got right to work with a crew of five. The entire crew was sharp, professional and knew EXACTLY what to do. The job took 2 and 1/2 days. No hidden charges, exactly as he quoted (and the guys even ran into a raccoons nest tearing down the Chimney). I wish I could say more, but as soon as they arrived you knew you were dealing with professionals. The 4 trucks were immaculate, their equipment was top notch, the organization of the crew was fantastic. This was not a company I was going to have to check on all day long. I went with the low bidder the first time and had problems from the beginning. This time, I went with the reviews that people had posted. Fantastic!

Bill provided an analysis of the problem and created a unique solution to fix this long term problem. His knowledge and experience was greatly valued! And Winter Springs Roofing & Repair recently completed a replacement roof for my shingled roof. We are very pleased with the results and we highly recommend Bill and his team for any roofing problems, repairs, or replacements.
