We appreciate the care he took to do the job the correct way this time. He fixed what was originally installed from when we purchased the unit. This should have been done right the first time.
- DODane ONov 6, 20251.0RUN AWAY, Absolute WORST experience with a Florida company so far!!! Pushy sales person. Made several statements that turned out to be lies. Delivery driver did not leave the gift cards promised, never got this. System is 2-3x the price of others and Raised the salinity of our already brackish water by 20%. (Sales guy assured us it would remove salinity). Upon pickup driver dumped the brine tank in my yard killing my grass. We canceled within 48hrs. But system was in for a week before they got it, so got a good sampling of how bad it was. They won't answer/return our calls, haven't removed it from our credit report as they PROMISED they would. Mail to the address on the contract is returned "Undeliverable".

This guy came without the gift card and said nothing about it until we remind it. He gave us a form to fill in and send by mail to recieve the gift card. I waited two weeks and call them to find out that i should have send this with one more envelope, so they could send me the gift. No one explain this before! So instead of apologize ,they ask me to send again in the right way!! I dont have another form and also to waste again time on sending by mail? If that how they treat a client and have a fake promise, how can i trust them with the water filter
