    Visited store to shop for windows. The windows we needed were special order. When asked about installation, Missy said that Scott installs all their windows. She gave us his business card. She suggested we have Scott measure our windows before ordering. We did. After Scott measured we paid in full for windows to be ordered. Scott installed our windows. Installation experience was unbelievabley BAD. Big gaps on the outside which will invite leaks. He broke trim inside that was mended crooked. Too long nails used on trim inside that protruded into the sill. He put a dab of caulk on the end. When we informed Missy and showed her the pictures she said he is independent and not a store employee. So, basically not her problem. BEWARE!!!

    Beware making purchases here. Some of the items are not returnable, even though the receipt fails to say "all sales final". I bought an inferior set of fiberglass steps here (very poorly made). When I picked them up in my pickup truck, they loaded so I couldn't see the construction underneath. I took them home and refused to install them after seeing the construction. I drove the steps back to Leesburg within the 30-day period. The female manager said "steps are not returnable no matter what". I asked her for her boss's name, she gave me her name and phone number. Her boss does not ever answer. I left several voicemails, but have not received a call back. I am working with the manufacturer to get my money back, (keeping them in my shed) as they would not last very long outside in the weather. This company cares nothing about satisfied customers!
