He quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the part that was needed without any hassle. He also answered all of our questions and even gave us some helpful suggestions for maintaining our system. We never felt rushed and really appreciated how thorough and professional he was. Highly recommend!

He called prior to his arrival, came within the service time frame, listened to my issue, got right to work, and found the issue within minutes. Now my house isn’t hot as… melting ice cream. He even showed grace when I put the caps or whatever back on the things on the ac compressor. I think I was just so happy to having my ac back that I didn’t hear him say he would test it. lol. He was super friendly and his demeanor was on point. He can service my unit anytime. 😂🤣 I signed up for the Cool Kidz Club during this visit. So I’ll only put down what the cost of the service would be before the club. Otherwise, you’ll be with me working the …. store for part time work 😂🤣
