Although, the appointment window is very wide, the company texted me when the technician was on their way and who they were. Charles came out and not only did a fantastic job of fixing a part on my water softener, but took the time to explain to me how the system works and what I should look for (time setting, salt pellet amount, feeling of water, etc.) Highly recommend these folks if you’re looking to get your water softening system looked at or installed.
