A couple of days ago, a service technician arrived for an installation next door. Without any permission, the tech drove their vehicle not only onto my driveway but proceeded directly across my front lawn to get to my neighbor's house. This act of trespassing caused visible and immediate damage to my property. The actions of the service tech were extremely inappropriate and showed a complete disregard for private property. I contacted the company the very next day and made them aware of the situation, offering to send video and photo proof of the incident and the resulting damage. I was assured by the person who answered the phone that the information would be passed directly to the installation manager, and I would receive a call back. Unfortunately, I have not heard back from the company at all. Their complete failure to address a serious issue like unauthorized property damage and subsequent communication silence is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed that the company is not willing to do the right thing to address this situation. Based on the technician's behavior and the company's profound lack of accountability, I would never do business with them and strongly advise others to consider this before hiring them.
