  We recently had our basement finished by HRC Remodeling, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Michael was fantastic to work with, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy with every detail of the project. Michael was communicative, respectful of our home, and incredibly skilled. He listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions, and delivered a beautifully finished basement that perfectly suits our needs. The workmanship is top-notch everything looks clean, polished, and thoughtfully done. The project stayed on schedule and within budget, and the end result has far exceeded our expectations. We’ve had so many compliments already. If you’re considering a remodeling project, especially a basement renovation, we highly recommend HRC Remodeling and working with Michael. You won’t be disappointed!

  We hired HRC to remodel a bathroom, closet, tile a bedroom and build a new closet. We left a 40% deposit in January and were told they would start in 8-10 weeks. We received updates from the company stating there were delays and in May, we reached out saying we would like to cancel and find a new contractor. They said not to worry, they can start the following week and assured us that they would be done by a certain deadline. Demo day went well, there were several workers present and they demoed the bathroom and closet. There was only one person tiling the bathroom the rest of the week. They didn’t show up on Saturday even though we were told they would be working then. Our project manager dropped off tile at our front door and seemed confused that the tiler didn’t show up. Monday came and there was still only one worker tiling. We purchased shower fixtures and were told they could not be installed as they already installed their own fixtures. We asked why there was no progress on the closet and were told that it was accidentally demoed and would not be finished by the deadline. We were obviously very frustrated so they brought in subcontractors to complete the closet and bathroom vanity. We soon found out that the subcontractors typically flipped homes and they said HRC was having trouble with other projects. We told HRC to complete the bathroom and closet and not the remainder of the contracted work. We even paid them more money which was foolish. The tile for the shower was completed and looked great but the rest of the work looked terrible as it was rushed. They also noted that the shower glass wouldn’t be installed for several days which was never explained to us initially. During this process, we dealt with several project managers and listened to excuse after excuse. The owner of the company never reached out once. HRC said they would like to repair their work but we simply do not trust or want to deal with them ever again. They did offer us a 2% discount which was very kind of them. I do not recommend this company at all.

  I am a 82 year old Air Force veteran. On March 15th, 2025 I gave a 50% deposit to Jenna Schuh to perform work in my master bath and bedroom. Here it is June 23, 2025 and no work done. Part of the quote was to install a new bathroom vanity. I purchased the vanity and it sat in my bedroom until last week. I got a licensed plumber to install it. I have called and am not receiving any call backs. I want my money back immediately. I found a GC who can start the work righ away. Do the right thing HRC Remodeling.
